Consumer panelists are sourced through mall intercepts, phone surveys, on-site studies, local community groups, Internet discussion forums and a variety of other major Internet portals. Sources for recruitment are continuously analyzed and amended to help to ensure a strong demographic mix of respondents and a revitalized panel.

Our research partner has the only panel with the lowest usage to panel size ratio; The panel is expanding at the same or greater rate than volume of usage growth. This minimizes respondent overuse which maximizes retention and response rates while maintaining high respondent integrity.

Participants are screened over the phone by our highly qualified and professionally supervised in-house staff. Respondents are carefully screened to determine whether they are authentic, articulate, and creative and that they match the study's target profile.

Respondents are emailed confirmation with a phone follow-up to ensure the highest possible show rate. We encourage you to contact our references to verify our high attendance rate.
